private car park "private car park" means any land or premises or part of the land or premises owned or occupied by any person other than the Perbadanan and used for the parking of ten or more motor vehicles and to which any member of the public is admitted to park any motor vehicle subject to the payment of a fee whether hourly or otherwise.
